Please provide information about your organization, including the name and date of the event you are hosting, an email address for the event or organization (your supporters should know this email address), and a contact person.  Proceeds may be earned for your fundraiser on purchases made between now and the date of your event.  Please note: If your event date is more than 6 months away, you may not be able to register for the M.B. Fundraiser Program.
