Returns & Exchanges
Three simple steps for returns and exchanges: No returns or exchanges on bathing suits, jewelry, under garments or sale merchandise Be sure the merchandise to be returned/exchanged is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with tickets still attached, along with a copy of the sales receipt and the reason for return A return requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be requested via e-mail at mbinfo@shopmadambutterfly.com titled Return Authorization Request within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Once you receive an RA#, be sure the RA# is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Merchandise must be returned to shopmadambutterfly.com within 7 days of receipt of RA# (please note: shopmadambutterfly.com will not except any boxes without an RA#).
